This is an informative website about a mandir. That is all it is, and being clear about that saves everyone trouble.
You can look up darshan and abhishek timings, see when festivals fall, read notices from the Vyavasthapan Samiti, learn about Bhagwan Vimalnath and the kshetra, read about Jain dharma, look through photographs, and find the trust's phone number and bank details.
You cannot pay anything here. There is no online donation, no chadhav bidding, no room booking and no ticketing. Those happen by phone or at the trust office, and every page that mentions them says so.
We check what goes on this site, but a mandir is a living place and things move.
Every daan to the trust is voluntary. Nothing on this site obliges you to give, and no part of the site is closed off if you do not.
Daan reaches the trust by bank transfer to the account published on the Daan and Contact pages, or in person at the trust office. This website does not accept money at any point, so please treat any page, message or link that asks you to pay on the temple website as fraudulent, and tell us about it.
The trust office issues a receipt for what it receives. The trust does not currently hold an 80G certificate, so a donation to it is not tax deductible today. If that changes, this page and the Daan pages will say so.
What happens to a completed donation is set out in our Refund Policy.
Registering as a member puts your name in the sangh register and means the committee can reach you. It does not by itself give you a vote in the trust's affairs, a place on the committee, or any claim on trust property. Those follow the trust deed and the committee's own rules, not a web form.
Please give real details. A register full of wrong numbers helps nobody.

The photographs, written content, Hindi and Marathi translations and design of this site belong to the trust. The code behind it belongs to Tatvarth Systems LLP. Neither is in the public domain.
You are welcome to read the site, print a page for yourself, and share a link or a screenshot with family and other devotees. That is what it is here for.
You need our written permission before you use anything from this site commercially, republish the dharma articles under your own name, or use the trust's name or photographs for anything other than referring to the kshetra itself. Ask the office. We are not difficult about it when the purpose is genuine.
Some images here come from Wikimedia Commons and stay under their own licences, which are usually more permissive than ours. Each is credited beneath the image and listed again on the Image credits page with its author, source and licence. To reuse one of those, follow its licence rather than this page.
The dharma section describes Jain teaching as it is understood and practised in the Digambar tradition at this kshetra. It is written for devotees and for anybody who wants to learn, and the committee checks it.
It is not a scriptural ruling and not a judgment on where traditions differ. Where a Digambar and a Svetambar account diverge, we say so rather than picking a side. For a question that actually matters to your practice, ask a learned muni or pandit, not a website.

We try to keep the site up, and it is built to stay readable on a slow connection and an old phone. Even so, we do not promise it will be available at any particular moment. Hosting fails, connections drop, and sometimes we take it down to update it.
The site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that every timing, date or description on it is free of error, and we do not warrant that it will meet any particular need of yours.
This is a free informational website run by a religious trust. We take responsibility for what a trust reasonably can: we correct mistakes when we are told about them, and we do not mislead you on purpose.
Beyond that, the trust is not liable for loss you suffer from relying on the site, for example a wasted journey after a timing changed. Please call before you travel. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
We update these terms as the site and the trust's activities grow. The date at the top of the page tells you when they last changed. Carrying on with the site after that means you accept the current version.
Indian law governs these terms. The courts at Beed, Maharashtra, where the trust is registered, have jurisdiction over any dispute about this site.
If a dispute does arise, please raise it with the trust office first. Almost everything is settled that way.
