Refund and cancellation of donations.
Donations (daan) made to Shree Vimalnath Jain Mandir Trust through this website are, in keeping with the nature of a religious offering, generally non-refundable once processed. The exceptions below exist to correct genuine payment errors, not to reverse a considered donation.
To request a correction, write to the trust with your payment reference number (visible on your bank/UPI statement), the date, and the amount, using the contact details below. Verified duplicate or failed-transaction refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days; there is no cost to you for a valid correction.
